Balance wieght.?

Has anyone ever had the balance weight become loose and shear the to locking keyways from the end of the shaft.

BMW would not admit that it was down to them not doing the bolt up properly when the seal was replaced. They said it became loose, strange that 600miles earlier they were the only people to undo it...?

You wont be able to prove it, but you could tell us which shop, so we can avoid...
