Ok peeps, simple one for ya here.

Have fitted 21W mini indicators to the Dak and now they don't flash. Front and back work seperately, but plug them both in and all I get is a faint glow of the bulbs.

I guess there is a problem with the relay as the originals are only 10W.

What's the answer????

Not an option unfortunately. The mini indicators use a very small bulb and are very dull unless they have the 21w fitted.

They are bendy ones so they don't snap off when I fall off

Other option would be not to fall off. Unfortunately when out laning, this is not really an option either

or a 21W relay.

you might be able to take the output from the original relay & bung it through another non flasher relay with a separate + feed. a right faff & it would probably look like a dogs dinner.

Apparently the 1150 uses the same size mini flasher unit but it runs 21w bulbs.

Don't know if anyone can confirm this but if it's true, then an 1150 flasher unit should work.

I like a challenge, so going back to the standard indicators isn't an option

Sorted. To anyone interested, a 21w flasher relay has sorted it and everything works + they look cool
