O Rourke was way off the target when he said that. Of course they profited from the transaction. They had enormous wages . . . . performance bonus . . . . . .pension packs with millions in them. I had a lot of dealings with one of them over many years in Financial Services & he wont be a happy camper tonight in the holding cells in Mount Joy prison.

Yes but they stood to loose a lot if the bank went bust in stocks and shares. Of course it did eventually go but people got a chance to unload stock first. JJH
