Actually, multiply the bar number by 14.7 to get psi.

Conversion programme

If anyone is interested, I have a small programme for conversions.
It will convert, distance, pressure,volume, speed, mass and lot of others.

Is this the programme you mean? It is sooooo handy, I have it on my desktop and use it frequently. It's Freeware, dosn't take up much space and there's a custom function which you can program for almost anything if you specify parameters.

That's it Never knew where it came from, I got it from someone else at work. Brilliant little prog.

Depending on which way you convert you will have either very flat tyres or burst ones.....

The correct conversion factor is 1 Bar = 14.5 psig (note 14.7 psi is 1 atmosphere).
