I'm looking for a metal (pref. Aluminium) box to keep tools in that I can bolt to the front of my bash plate. I've sent a quick email to Overland Solutions, but in the meantime, any ideas where I might look? Needs to be not very expensive, don't care if it wasn't originally meant for this particular purpose.

Cheers,

Pluck

I have seen people with plastic tool tubes attached to the front of their bash plate, similar size to a thermos. I believe there was a thread on them on here before. :nenau

You could get several specially made up and sell them on here:)

For an idea, here's the one on my bike.
Carbon/kevlar box and honeycomb aircraft aluminium bash plate, but a good aluminium fabricator could soon knock one up to your own design.

Thats the kind of thing I'm after (or even simpler) - only I am loathed to buy Touratech :( If you remember the name of the other company - let me know?
