Battery charger for R850GS

Can anyone help, please?
I am told that the battery can be trickle charged through the small electrical auxiliary connector on the right hand side of the engine.
Where is the best/ cheapest available from?

I use an Optimate 111 - works well. About £35-40 but the BMW lead is an extra tenner. Otherwise you need to add their lead to the battery.

When I had my 850, I bought a Keller Maintainance charger from Motobins,

now priced at £19.50. Mine is 7 years old, still going strong, now using it on the 1150, which is still on its original battery from new

I just used my aldi £3.99 battery charger, cut the crock clips off and fitted the plug i got from maplins, to charge my R1100RT
