Beak Extender for 2008 R1200GS

Hi All,

I want to get a Beak extender for my 2008 R1200GS.

They have some for sale on Ebay however, they state its for a 2004 to 2007 only.

I have checked Nippy Normans and they dont do them for a 2008 either.

Ive noticed Thunder has one on his 2008 bike so where may i get one, any ideas.

Try your local BMUU dealer. I think that the GSA one would fit.

The BMW part for my 2007 GS was only about £20. I was amazed.

Has anyone resolved this issue - are they available, if so from where and how much please ?

IF it helps the 2004 to 2007 beak extender won't fit the 2008, well it will fit but the mounting holes don't line up.

I got mine from a BMW dealer, it's the official one for the 2008 GSA and fits perfectly, I think the part number is 46617705386 and from memory it was £25 ish.

Please check with your dealer.

It's a GSA screen which the dealers can supply in black as an extra.

got the beak extender for £32, bargain.

dark screen and all the bits for teh GSA £270, thats with a 10% discount....

best save up for that one, i think i will try and see what the diferance is betweeneh two screens
