Has anyone had their 1100 beak shortened?

I am considering sending mine off to Boxer-Design.
There is a picture on their web site but it doesn't show the full bike.

I'd really like to see some other photos before I decide.

Done it,
I'm happy with the result.

The Key, make it shorter NOT smaller (keep the "wings")
This will put it in respective

I can make some close-ups if you like

I'm interested - close-ups, please!

How much did you shorten it by?

This was the test-version on a broken beak,
Note that it is shortened aprox 1 cm before the "ribs" (Forming the dust to the oilcooler)
And I Kept the maximum with at the aft of the "wings" (as in contrast with the boxer-design layout)

This will give the beak the proper proportions

1- tape off the beak and draw the cutting line,
2- Cut it with a Dremel-tool (or whatever)- Note keep the grinding disc at 9o with the material.
So the cutting line will disappear under the beak
3 make the cut smooth with a file
