Right, sorted it. The kyham, chair, tarp and associated poles, will all fit in the tent bag and the roll bag will have the sleeping bag, mat, pillow additional clothing and wash kit... all on the pillion seat!!
The only bag I have on the bike is this one so space is quite limited...

For those of you that know me, i'm having some "Daughter" issues again.....it’s thrown my participation at the Hog Roast into doubt......

Things change fast; she is homeless again after a few weeks of sofa surfing...

So, I’m going to have to drop any organisational involvement.. As i may attend i may not, i may arrive late, leave early etc....you get the drift..

All the details of attendees/location/The White Horse etc are in this thread…….

If anybody wants to take ownership that is…..

Hopefully I’ll see you for some, if not all the weekend…………but for me at the moment I need to be flexible..

Well...I've contacted the White Horse and there is no group booking so far.....

So, I've tentatively reserved space for 12 at 1.00pm. I've told him we'll confirm whether it's on or not by early evening tomorrow.

Stop fecking panicking

I called them last year on saturday morning and we didn't need to book.
And everytime i've been in there, there is always plenty of room.

Still not sure if or when i'll be at the hog yet.

Well I wouldn't call it panic exactly

I'm just trying to decide whether we spend the day eating and drinking or if I decide not to bring the HD, bring a different bike and do Steve's Lost Dog Hunt but miss out on a convivial lunch

I phoned to see if anybody had booked and the guy said no but this week had been manic so best to book. But he would say that wouldn't he. You can't blame him for wanting advance notice of a big group if they all want to sit together
