Bending GSA Screen

The GSA screen curls under the side fittings and I'd like to make a simple bracket to allow me to adjust the screen. Is it possible to flatten out the curve using a heatgun/hairdrier?

My other option was to purchase some GS side fittings and work from there as they are much thinner.

I have had quite good results bending clear plastic with a hot air gun
Just dont be in hurry = warm it up from both sides slowly - Hope is goes well for you - I would get the used one and show folks how to do it with a damaged one first
