Best oil to use 20/50?

Heading off to France/ Northern Spain tomorrow and my wife has dug out some "Boots Factor 20 Coconut Oil" and some "Bergasol SPF 50 Oil Spray". This sort of thing is rarely discussed on this forum and I just wondered if anyone had a view on the best one for me to take on the trip?
