It's blutooth, duplex and you can have auto receive or open mic between all riders. Range is about 1km on open roads. Personally - I'd never go back to PMRs. Al

The speakers on the G9 are meant to be a tad better as well. I've used the G4 for the last 3 years and its a great system.
