Hi Folks,
We are adding the Dawn till Dusk 12 hour night section to the Big Bike Rally Challenge. The event can be ridden by a GS1100/1200 and KTM 990's as the technical sections are not in the night section.

Several of us are keen to ride this on big bikes as it is a bit of a change from a normal rally event.

I would appreciate any feedback on this event. The organisers are keen to have us enter on the bigger bikes.

Cheers Burt

would it not be better to call it "the all nighter" cos I thought dawn was at the beginning of the day like when it gets light and dusk was towards the end of the day when it get dark... or am I reading too much into it....:blast

Good spot indeed.
And to confuse matters further I've just found this on t'internet .........
"The ninth annual running of UK’s premier enduro event, Dawn to Dusk, took place over the bank holiday weekend, with KTM Off Road Racing rider James Giddings taking the overall Marathon 24 hour win, after clocking up an astonishing fifty eight laps."

The Dawn till Dusk is actually three races in one, a 24hour, a 12 hour (through the night and easier course) and a 6 hour.

We are only going to be using the 12hour easier course for the Big Bike Rally Challenge.

I'd be up for it chap - determined to make more time for riding this year :thumb2
