Bike Hire in Marrakech

So I'm sitting here today on holiday having a drink and enjoying the sun, when the wife says "if you want to hire a bike and go for a day's trail riding, I don't mind being left on my own..."
So does anyone know anyone, who knows anyone who does off road bike hire/guiding over here in Marrakech. I'd only get away with one day and I know it will cost me in the long run... I'm here until Wednesday 12th March.

If you hire a road bike head south for the Ourika Valley and Setti Fatma. On the way back take the road to Oukaimedene. There's a road then a track leading past the ski lift that takes you to Tizi n Eddi which is 10,000 ft.

If you get a trail bike, you could head out of Marrakech on tarmac to Asni then Imlil. At Imlil take the track by the big national park sign to Tizi n' Tamatert, carry on over the pass downhill to Ouanskara, then follow the other side of the valley back towards Asni.

If you want to buy a large scale map ask at Hotel Ali near Djema el Fna (it's a trekking HQ hotel)
