Hi folks
The Bike Meet is this Sunday, and me and my GS will be (sort of) polished and parked with the pipe'n'slippers club. It would be nice to see a few Tossers drop by and say hi to me and Sarah. Beards are optional but obviously helpful in order to gain entry, but ladies are exempt from this..
The museum is based at a former steam pumping station, with one of the massive original pumps restored and working under compressed air. They have recently received a boiler to enable them to run on steam again soon. There is also a complete belt-driven workshop, a miniature railway and a lovely riverside setting.
If you are stuck for somewhere to ride to on Sunday it would be worth dropping in for a while to see what is happening and have a nice cup of tea in the tea rooms.

Take it easy,
Matt
