M&P are in Swansea - ie about an hours ride from Tenby.
Similar to yourself, bad experiences involving mainly the service side...

If you fancy a half day ride out and a bike shop heres an idea-
Head out of Tenby and take the coast road to Saundersfoot, a pretty little town with a marina and a great Chippy.
Continue along the coast to Pendine where you will find Pendine sands the location of many land speed record attempts, and a small motor museum telling the History of the beach and its racing.Well worth a visit and often missed.
Now head inland towards the famous village of Laugharne and the remains of its castle , and then towards St Clears.
Turn left onto the A40 towards Whitland.
After approx ten miles you will come to a roundabout signposted Left for Narberth right for Llandissilio/Cardigan- A478
Turn right and head for Llandissilio.
In Llandissilio on you right hand side, you will find

The Showroom,
Llandissilio,
Clynderwen,
Pembrokeshire,

They have a small showroom and workshop and I have always been treated fairly when visiting.
Dont expect too much but its worth a stop just to look at 'The Ugly Row' and Ask Lammos which bands he used to work for in the 70's.
After 20 mins head back towards the roundabout and go through Narberth a pretty town suitable for shopping by the Ladies.
Continue along the A478 and back to Tenby.
If you get decent weather its a short but decent Loop.
