Bike specific FM Radio. Where to buy?????

Hi folks, A Happy Christmas to you all. Has anyone experience of fitting a FM radio with handlebar controls to a 1200GS. If so here are my requirements, can anyone help????

Bike has new Autocom Pro unit fitted.
Presently using PMR radio for Bike to Bike
MP3 player for music.
I would like to add an FM radio with auto frequency regulation for use in Ireland.
Handlebar controls for volume and frequency adjustment would be handy.
I always use a top box and if necessary can fit the radio in it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tried several over the years, all rubbish.

The signal fades in and out and without a big aerial, it's not worth trying to do IMHO.

The Merkins use that satellite radio thing but we can't get it over here.

If you really want radio, you may have to settle for podcasts of the previous day's shows....Just ignore the traffic bulletins

Just a thought, but if you are very keen you might want to try the Honda Pan Euro RDS radio. Fitting it might be a real problem though. Its designed to fit into the Pan's wiring loom with something called a 'quad harness'. It has the handlebar controls:

But the actual radio box itself is designed to be fitted into one of the fairing panels/glove box (Im not sure which).

I remember test riding a BMW R1200RT a while back which had the RDS radio and an Autocom, and tbh honest just riding a short loop around Guildford and the reception quality was just awful. Terrible really given the cost of it (£700+ IIRC..?). It also installs its buttons directly into the fairing so cant be retrofitted to a GS. The Honda's isnt cheap either at £400 for the base unit plus harness. I dont know how they compare against each other but it is very expensive mistake to make if it doesnt work.
