Black 1200 - very nice

Spot on!! The only thing I'd have done different would be to keep the side pods matt.

Like the old boxer in the foreground:)

G-spot, very nice bike, very good looking. In fact, best looking GS I've seen. Not entirely my cup-o-tea (a bit too much street and a bit too shiny) but I do think it looks amazing!

Well done! :beerjug: And welcome!

Laser Duotech

G-Spot very nice indeed

Noticed you have a Laser Duotech end can.

Has it made any difference to the performance/running of the bike? If so what?

Have you made any other changes to the bike in relation to fitting the end can?

thanks for your help

The Laser makes (without dB-killer) a very deep sound like a B-52.
I have only changed the end-can.

But now, after 500 km, it seems that I have some problems with KFR (Konstant Fahr ruckeln).
(how do i say this in English ???? i try)
shaking by 2500 - 3000 rpm by equal speed. ??

So I have to go back to the dealer.
I wasn't the only one with this problem. Another GSrider from the Dutch forum with the same end-can had the same..

so..to be continued

BMW panniers....dog doesn't like them and...

ought to be replaced though and , yes I agree, real GS';s have spoked wheels!!!

yeah right ! My 1150 has spoked wheels and I am really very very glad with these black wheels. I hate cleaning the spoked wheels.

But i agree....black spoked wheels would be better !!!!:D

Blacky,

Thanks for the Germany GS link. I'll have to check it out. I should be getting my GS sometime this month...

The US GSpot forum (Adventure Rider Site) is also a good source of GS 1200 info:
