I went to Noddy's yesterday and put a new set of boots on. Managed to turn a 40 mile journey into 115. Put 155 miles on the clock yesterday and I finally passed 10K on the clock only taken me the best part of 4 years to do

The last time i managed to prise his bike out of the garage i had to put his elbow and shoulder pads in his jacket for him.
Now i think of it he didnt have any socks on saturday........
