Black r1150 GS parked on O'Connell street Dublin

I don't go into the city much but I have noticed that when I do I always appear to see a Black Irish R1150GS parked at the Parnell street end. It has tank saddle bag like pouches on each side of the tank. Anyone else notice this ? Is it abandoned ? or just parked there in the same spot everyday. If it is the latter he is a brave man leaving those bags there for the taking.

I see it every 3 or 4 weeks on my way to the Mater.
Struck me as odd too.
So - i'd imagine the skangers would cop on (sic!) quicker than me.
... Maybe the owners just naive - also lucky.
