Blocking Google "Best Match popup"

How the feck do you block the annoying "Best match" window that pops up every now and again in the bottom right of your screen after a Google search.

As far as I can make out it is part of the Google toolbar, which I don't particularly want to disable, but there doesn't seem to be a separate option for disabling the popup.

Am using IE8 at the mo. PB
 
Found this...

1. Open Google.
2. Click the Settings icon located on the right side of the screen.
3. Click Search Options. (Search Settings)
4. Click the Tools tab and uncheck Quick Scroll.
5. Click Save.
6. Done!

OR

1. Click Toolbar’s wrench icon on your Google Toolbar.
2. On the Tools tab, select (or deselect) the ‘Quick Scroll’ checkbox.
3. Click Save.

Cheers, I didn't have "quick scroll" selected, but I'm playing with those options on two systems and will see what works.

Found this image during my first test search in the toolbar. A Neapolitan Mastiff puppy. Didn't get the popup window either. PB
