Bloodbikes - Serv Norfolk update

Thought I'd put up a quick post with more information about the progress to date.

We've got a local group started under the SERV organisation. The plan at the moment is to start servicing local hospitals every night of the year from August onwards. In line with the overall aims and style of SERV we're planning to run two liveried bikes, probably based at one or more of the local acute hospitals.

I'll post up more information as we get under way but in the meantime we need all the help we can get. To run the service professionally and reliably we need:

• Volunteer riders prepared to be available for a couple of nights per month
• Night co-ordinators for despatch and recording duties
• Fundraisers
• Money
• Some reliable and sturdy motorcycles
• Supplies and gifts in kind

All work is done on a voluntary basis but we're aiming for a very high level of service and professionalism.
