Having paid £704.99 in September for the Streeet Pilot V I was a little bit pissed off to find that it had been reduced to £469.99 +vat. Other GS'ers have made comment on this price reduction, so when we turned up at the Derby warehouse I approached the returns desk with little hope of a refund on the difference of Septembers price and the new price....WRONG... I said my piece and the nice lady went off to speak to the manager and heypresto she refunded me £152.75p...result or what! And whats more I didn't even have the receipt, they just looked up on their records that I had actually bought a set from them and there it was, so instant refund. Beat that John Lewis!
