Bluetooth helmet and b2b radios?

I've recently got a bluetooth helmet which is the dogs for the Garmin and the phone, but we're looking at getting some bike to bike radios for a trip we're planning.

Is there a device that can connect from the radios to the helmet or Garmin? just like a phone? Or am I going to have to use the radio's headset?

I'd be interested in some more info on your helmet you've got recently. Which one did you get & is it a stereo earphone or mono to both ears ?

I got a dainese d-nect helmet, quite light and comfortable.

Why would this post be ? It's a bike communications issue isn't it?
