BMW 1150GSA Seat height resolved

Hi there,
After owning a 1150GSA for the last 6 years and trying, Corbin, Topsellerie,
BMW lower seat and having the original converted, apart from the height they were just uncomfortable, so are much deliberation I decided to convert the seat frame to the GS model and then fitted the GS1150 Sargent seat combination, what a difference it makes as you can alter the height lower than the original and it appears to be more comfortable. Has anybody done the same conversion and what are your opinions.

I have, did it from brand new and used a Corbin

Recently swapped to a Sargent
