Do these items come fitted with a locking system "so yobs dont nick your bit and bobs" , if not can they be fitted.

yes, they each lock and lock onto bike

I actually found on mine, when locking the lids on, if I didn't really absolutely fully turn the key really hard in the lock, then I could open them by turning the dust covers!! Always had to test the lock was locked by twisting the dust covers!! Not sure if that was general problem or just mine.

Hmm, that's interesting, i'm going to try that with mine, but not right now as it's f*****g freezing out there!

That can only happen if you have no wafers in the barrels. If that's the case, someone was too lazy to code the locks to your key!
