BMW Biker Days Rovinj Croatia 2013

Earlier this year I posted about the BMW Biker days event in Croatia September 2012

Several people commented that there was not enough notice. So here I am telling you about next years event. Dates are 27th to 29th September 2013. Location as before the lovely town of Rovinj. We went this year with a small (but select!) group. Next year we plan to extend our stay in Rovinj and arrive on the Thursday instead of Friday as this year.

We plan to take a group from our hotel on the ride down to Rovinj. Austria-Italy-Slovenia-Italy (for lunch on the Adriatic coast)-Slovenia-Croatia. This year we rented a house and just dipped in or out of the events. There is so much else to do in Rovinj that there is something for everyone. We spent a fair bit of time just sitting outside bars just watching the world go by.

John, I wanted to go with you last year, but events conspired against me, this year I have September booked off work, but the Mrs has just booked flights to the USA, so looks like it will have to be 2014 for me now! john

The event has been cancelled for 2013 I'm afraid. We are still planning to go to Rovinj at the end of September for a long weekend anyway. No bike meeting but good food, good company and a great location to make up for it.

Full derails later, we are in Utrecht right now for the Dutch bike show. Normal servive resmes at the end the month
