I have a BMW Connected Ride COM-1, which I’m using in a BMW system 7 Helmet, with a boom mike.
This is my second unit which now has same issues as first unit, replaced by BMW under warranty.
When speaking on mesh on a rideout, my mates say when I speak the sound is very loud and distorted .Ive checked all settings and tried all different settings which make no difference. Has anyone else had the same issues as I’m about to take back under warranty again.
