Great news- you no longer have to travel to Wales to participate in a BMW Course.
I have just completed a 4 day DAS with BMW training in Royston.
It may be useful to friends/colleagues who are seeking CBT DAS etc -I haven't seen it listed on the net yet so I'll post my thoughts here.
The premises are BMW "branded" , smart and warm with corporate colours, posters etc . We were equipped with 2012 Scuberth helmets , brand new 2012 Tourance Jackets, Trousers and "top end" BMW Gloves/boots ( I left my Hein Gericke stuff in my kitbag !).
The bikes were also new with a choice of G650GS or F650GS. They really made the tests straightforward , easy to ride so you could concentrate on your skills.
The Instructor Ian Biederman remained calm throughout all our silly , repeated errors . He is a huge BMW enthusiast and a well respected experienced instructor of the highest calibre.
I really had a superb time , despite heavy rain each day . If you meet someone who admires your GS , perhaps a friend, neighbour or colleague - then you could point them to the website;

Finally I should say I have no link with them , I'm just a happy and impressed customer. Stu Watson
