Can't see the point in this if you have to pay the full list price on the finance deal

If you just go in as a cash buyer you'll probably get the same discount anyway

who said anything about list price?
it would an xtra 800 over a negotiated discount

You don't necessarily have to pay full list price provided you have a part ex. The £800 discount on the list price of my RT was added to the part ex value on the paperwork
