Hi
I managed to drop the GS and damaged the expanding mechanisim
Motterad Central supplied a new part ie the cogged wheels that allow the case to expand
Despite spending hours I can not get the cogs to line up so that the case opens evenly
Is there a trick to this or am I doing something really stupid
Please help before I drive myself to despair

Kind of get the impression your the first to try this. Did you get an instruction book with the parts?
Sorry I can't help, but at least your not being ignord.

EH what...? Just so that I can figure out how far away you are, before I offer to pop round to see if I can help? I'm in EH30.

you have noticed the 2 little "arrows" (one on each cog/wheel) that you have to line up?

Excellent idea, don't let him come to your house. He will drive over your neighbours' lawns in his wife's Chelsea Tractor and bring his rough boys with him as protection.

On the plus side, pussy cats make him greet like a wee bairn.

To be fair, the luggage in question got his smalls and other sundries back from Germany without too much bother.
