To confirm, using the ConnectedRide Nav with the BMW Nav car cradle only charges the device, there is no access to the speaker in the unit.
When trying to play music from the device in the car cradle - it asks for a headset to be turned on etc.
Also - voice instructions from directions do not come through the speaker in the car cradle
The unit physically fits of course.
Perhaps a future software update will rectify....
