bmw navigator / garmin 2610

Does anyone know if it is posible to subsribe to, download and install a speed camera database into these units? Thanks

You can install up to 500 waypoints into a SP2610/Navigator II

The only problem is that the SP2610/Nav II does not have any proximity alarms
