BMW Pannier and Engine bars weight?

Hi Guys,
I am thinking of sourcing the BMW Vario Panniers and the Engine Protection bars from Germany via a friend. I need to get an estimate for how much they will cost to ship before getting him to buy them for me, so need to know the weight of each of the panniers and the engine bar - any ideas?
