I haven't been in touch with my local dealer as yet, but wondered if anyone had heard of changes to the Rallye suit for 2015?? T'internet search didn't yield anything (for me at least). Would like to do a trip to much warmer climes and this suit might fit the bill. Thanks in advance

I have just seen that my local BMW dealer in Geneva is offering a 20% discount on the Rallye 3 suit which would work out at GBP 750 for jacket and trousers. So I was also wondering whether this was a promotion just ahead of BMW announcing the release of an updated 2015 model. I am in need of a new suit as I am back from an 8 year break from riding having just bought a 1200 GS Lc and I still have the old BMW Kalahari suit probably back from 1996. Anyone remember those? Protections move around all over the place and now feels very baggy compared to new offerings but at the time it was an ok suit. Time for an upgrade and even if they do release a new version the current Rallye 3 is a good product and feels a longer term buy than the GS Dry suit.

For that money I'd be looking at the Klim badlands, far better, no messing with waterproof liners either.

BMW are currently selling the Rallye 4 suit not 3.

Park lane BMW were doing the rallye 3 with 40% off but limited stock. I just got another pair ( slightly bigger) from Preston harley/ BMW for £189

I actually have come round to agreeing with Flpfly that the Klim Badlands is the way to go. No need to worry about the waterproof lining which I know from experience can be a pain, especially with the trousers. The jacket is no big deal but stopping under the underpass and taking your trousers off so as to get the liners on is not my idea of practical. I am yet to see a bad review of the Klim Badlands. Has anyone heard someone who is unhappy.
