BMW SPIII mount for R1100GS

I have found the BMW mount for the SPIII, and at £11.50, is Cheap!!.

It bolts onto the crossbar on the handle bars and sits in the middle of them.

it uses the cradle you get with the SPIII.

Anyone used one ?, puts it where you need it unless you use a huge Tank bag shouldn't be a problem.

Gary used one for nearly 18months now, no problems at all,
good kit for not much cash.

Is this the little rectangular black plastic BMW jobbie that goes on the cross bar???

If so......Prestige told me £9.50 for one....it's in my new jacket pocket for when I pick the bike up Thursday .
