BMW Vario panniers

What would be a fair price for some F800G Vario Panniers ? Someone wants to buy mine but I'm not sure what a fair price would be, don't want to rip him off and I have no idea what to ask

I think it would be fair to sell them to me for £5 each. However your friend may not agree.
Using the new price as the start point along to Zero at the end point - somewhere between depending on condition, your wish to sell, his wish to buy etc (not forgetting my generous offer above) should guide you to a point of agreement or compromise.

If someone asks me to sell him something I ask him what he is offering. If I'm selling something I have to know the price I want. If he wants to buy them he must have an idea of what he is willing to pay. I'd say that depending on condition somewhere between the new price and half that. Have the locks to be re-coded? Has he got the necessary hanging hardware? JJH
