Corrrr ! rode my 950SM in to work today with a bit of a sore head

By a BM if you want to rack up the miles, buy a KTM if you want to pose and don't mind doing an engine rebuild before 20k (or sell it before hand)

I had a rideout over the weekend on my 1150gs with a friend on his newly purchsed KTM 950 SM. Following him was like following a scalextric bike - it seemed to pull away quick, stop quick, fly round the bends like it was on rails. He seemd to really enjoy the ride. Traffic light grand prix starts were tough for him as the fronmt wheel kept popping right up.
I don't think he ever managed to pull huge gaps on me so i guess the difference was how the ride feels and how you feel when you arrive. I felt pretty relaxed the whole time, never really on the edge but never having that sense of exhilaration. And it was the opposite for him. Not saying which is better, just that it was different.
