Hi, im looking to take a trip over to Rhayader soon for a bit of 'laning.
Looked on my OS map and seen lots of BOATS in the area, but thought i would see if anyone on here knows if they are still or currently legal to ride on?
Im only an hour and a half away but it would be nice to know before i set off.
