The old fella that runs the "Bog Hotel" somewhere in south Donegal has beaten the county council. They prosecuted him in court for running a pub without a licence, but the judge said there was no proof he was "selling" alcohol!!
I tried to find it last yaer, but no luck. Anyone got the location?
