Bogus Google

I think I've got this Bogus Google worm thingy. I just keep getting a very legitimate Google home page 'appearing' when I'm on the net. When I know I haven't 'selected' Google to do a search (even though I use it as my default search engine)

How can I find if it's some sort of worm

its a free online scanner , they also tell you how to remove viruses once you find out which one you've got.
