Damn this thread..

I was only going to fit Remus headers (and they arrived superfast from Nippy Norms £325), but then I saw Funners BOS on this thread and just had to get one. Called into Bahnstormers to see what they've got left, the new set of BOS slipons and full systems (£799 !) is due imminently, but they had one 'old stock' stainless can left for £250 reduced from £300.

So new full system fitted this evening for £575, not had a chance for a ride but testing it, it sounds great and looks so much better IMO

The new BOS cans have a conical end cap rather than traditional tube, that's about the only difference I can tell between new and old.

How much louder is it ? cos theres not much DB killer there really..

Sounds a bit crisper than the above youtube video, but still not loud enough to piss the neighbours off. The pops you get on the overrun with the standard can, turn into mini orgasmic explosions of joy.

Got my new one and it's got the carbon "cone" on the end
Took the dba killer out and it's not much louder that with it in!!
Washed the bike on Sunday and the "carbon" cone has gone milky
Still sounds great tho@
