Howdo, the brake pedal on my '98 St has a hell of a lot of play in it, not so much up and down but from side to side.
I tried taking the whole lot off yesterday but it all seems solid and nothing will budge.
All i can see is a cap head on the outside of the frame, which i presume goes through the frame, pedal pivot then through the chain roller.
removed the nut and washer at the other side of the chain roller, removed the plastic roller .
But still cant move the pedal, am i missing something?
Thanks Dazco:beerjug:

Dazco ive had a look on the chaingang website but could only find this pretty useless bit of info.
(Undo the The Allen Key Screw (i.e. the Brake Pedal Bolt). Take it off the Axle and Grease the Axle,)
so to me that say's undo bolt and it should drop out, with the help of a big hammer
