Anyone tried them yet :bow

... replacement to the BT023 - Ron Haslam Race School have used them so they must be good ;) Going to give them a go as I have doubts over the quality of the contruction of the Roadsmarts I've been using last year or two.

My BT 023 were excellent and lasted quite well. I have seen a few reports that the T30 isnt as good and doesnt last as long, dont know whether thats true but the only way to find out is to try them. You go first then report back as I dont need a set just yet. Its true Ron Haslam uses them but then any commercial enterprise would use any make if there was a financial benefit in doing so.

They claim improved grip so maybe it's a softer compound hence shorter tyre life ?

The guy from FWR uses them and said they are better than the BT023 so I'm going to give them a try. The Bridgestone seems a bit chunkier than the Roadsmart and I don't want to go back to dual purpose.

Got the front swaped today as I used the tube strike as an excuse to ride into work via FWR.

So far so good - Tip - if you want to tranform the handling of your bike change the front tyre more often. I thought the old tyre looked ok but feck me it now turns like a b*stard.
