Hope they get through it but it’s not looking good.
Looks like Start fitness are having a fire sale.

Phew thought it was the guitar amps for a second

That's a shame, they probably employ quite a few people in Halifax.

The bike industry had such a boost during lockdown, little-used second hand bikes are now plentiful and that can't be helping new sales.

shame that, just down the road from me, see one of the staff walking to work with an orange branded hoodie on every morning when I am out with the dog, thought I hadn't seen her for a few days.

A huge shame. Great mountain bike history in the UK. In the early 90s they were one of the very few bikes to "have". Often fitted with PACE RC35 forks (another great UK firm based in Yorkshire) a good proportion of the 1200 competitors in the twice yearly 2 day Polaris Challenge rode Orange Clockworks or the Alluminium O series.

PACE are still operating. The real gem of MTB world back in the 90s was the RC series of square tubed PACE frames. They were superb.

As are HOPE, in Barnoldswick (sadly, in Lancashire but we won't hold that against them)

Barnoldswick is in the West Riding of Yorkshire. It’s just administered by Lancashire  I work with folk from Barlick who would be very offended if you called them Lancastrians….

Great news about Orange though (y)

FTFY. That must be weird, born a yorkshireman and then 'moved' into Lancashire. The shame
