BROKEN 2610 wanted

Hi all

Anyone have a broken (screen etc?) 2610 they no longer want/need.
On my 2610 the female usb has parted company with its (small) circuit board that screws onto the main board.

Need suggestions where I could get it resoldered or if anyone has a socket or a u/s donor unit -

tried Garnmin:

Ooooo - spooky. My 2610 died last week - I think it is a broken switch connector and, as you rightly say, is no longer supported (plus maps way out of date) decided to get a Zumo 220 (which arrives today ). Rather than binning it I would like it to be put to some good use. Cannot subscribe to receive PMs on work computer so will have to do that when I get home later. If you can hang on a bit longer we can sort this out.
