know of a company that fixes

the outer plastics

high speed drop plus 80 on a dual carrige way

damage to left bottom only

waterproof seal gone

the strange thing is i am 100% sure that i tightend the screw

the unit still works just cosmetic damage

phoned garmin

20 mins to speak to person so not to bad

basic cost £101.79

for replacement unit

so not to bad 7 day turn around

so way forward
found one company satnav repair dont have the parts needed

so cheap garmin turned out a bit dearer

you win some you lose some

guess my hids will have to wait a while
