The person I saw lying on road after been hit by car on way over to Broom, died. She was doing a time-trial on a dual carriage way. Got whooloped from behind, nasty huge dent in passenger window screen's side. Nothing I could do as clearly in my line of work I can recognize a dead person fairly quickly.
