BT Openworld/Server Down tonight - 31/10/2006??

Having probs with my Home PC tonight

Is BT Openworld/Broadband Server down

It went down whilst in use at about 6pm and everytime i've tried to reconnect it's said 'server unavailable'
Phone signal and all else checked/microfilter swapped & checked.

Able to logon now here via work laptop and it's another separate Broadband connection (I've 2 to my house - one work & one home)

Obviously same exchange - so wtf's going on

Anybody help..........is it having probs???

It took them 6 weeks to sort mine out. it turned out to be a card at the exchange.

BT's telephone support is all based in India. The quality of service is a fecking disgrace

It was BTs problem, called them last night at 18.30 and a (very nice) Indian gentleman said, "We're very sorry it's our problem and will take about 7 hours to fix"
