I have bt internet as a provder and had no probs at all, but now have problems getting BT sport to run. Always used to be ok as I only watch Moto GP but so far this year cannot get it to rune,says "silver light needs your permission to run". Tried to down load "silver light and got lot of security warnings coming up so did not proceed, security here is McCaffy. Any assistance appreciated be fore ,I phone India!. Only hope Mre Rossi wins without me watching!.

You need to go into Internet options/programs/manage add ons/

On toolbars & extensions ensure that silverlight is enabled.

I've had exactly the same pproblem using Firefox, works fine on Internet Explorer though

Firefox will work fine but you do need to allow Silverlight to run. IIRC a small icon appears on the left of the address bar.

I was under the impression that the standard BT package only allows downloads via PC or TV not both?? Or have I as usual got the wrong end of the stick ;-)

Buy an Apple TV and play it on your TV using your mobile phone bt app !!

Use my iPad to watch MotoGP on BT Sport catch up or if I am in a house that has a TV license then I sometimes watch it live - once I'd installed the app and signed in it worked just fine as long as the wifi bandwidth is reasonable.

I'd just click yes to allow it to install Silver Light - trust Microsoft because they are such a lovely company - what could possibly go wrong
